How It Works: From Cabinet to Case Record

Anesthesia providers document from their phone. They never have to go back to the cabinet.

Tap through the real screens: dispense to the OR at the CommandHub, document each case on a phone or tablet, and witness waste on the spot. Every step lands in one audit trail.

Phone documentation is optional. Teams that prefer a simpler workflow can dispense directly to a named patient at the CommandHub, with no area stock and no phone step.

Close out the day

Return leftoversTap the “Area stock is out” banner on the CommandHub to return unused medications. LockEVO knows what should come back, and any discrepancy must be documented first.
No loose ends at shift changeThe end-of-shift audit can’t be completed until every medication held in an area is accounted for.
One audit trailDocumented cases appear in the audit report in the LockEVO portal, alongside the beginning- and end-of-shift audits. Depending on your HL7 interface, cases can also flow to your EMR.
